Another attempt...

We thought that we'd give the nude photos another try.  This time he only peed on Heady, no poop.  Progress...

Our little man

Well it's been a pretty amazing first week home with Quinn.  Despite possibly altering his retinal development with a flash, he's fitting in perfectly.  We couldn't have asked for a greater son (holding my breath...).  I have posted a few photos below, but check out the picasa web album if you want to see more.  The link is also on the sidebar.

A rare instance with his eyes open.

Rare moment with her eyes closed.

Best part about this photo is that he is just about to take a huge poo on me.  Serves us right!

Getting a good look at mom.

Sears catalogue here we come.

Spending some QT with his aunt.

Proud grandparents.

Quinn

The little guy finally decided to make an appearance yesterday morning at 3 am. Heather was amazing and only laboured for 6 hrs to bring him into the world. He's a fantastic little guy and is currently passed out in my arms as I type with one hand. Let's hope he sleeps tonight so Heady can get some rest. I can't wait for you all to meet him. He will probably be one of the most photographed babies in history. Here is the first of many...

sleddin heavin

I think I've got the HD figured out now... quick vid from Powder Cowboys a couple of weeks ago. I think the turns were some of the best in the east kootenays that weekend. Despite the slim pickings, it was pretty alright.

Long overdue vid - blue birds

Finally got some time to edit the videos from a trip to the pass with Karl and Jo. We got a new video camera for the "baby", so I thought I'd take some test footage... Still working on the best output settings.
Probably should have called the video 'Ode to Kiwi.' Jo is rippin this year!

Last ski shots for a while

Been a little busy the past while and haven't been able to post photos in a while. Here are a few from various trips over the past month. Maybe the last turns a have for a couple of months... clerkship + baby = no turns.

View of Mount Donald on run from Ursus trees.

Jo reaching the top of the ridge above Urses.

Kiwi sighting...

Blue bird day on NRC.

Got down to Fernie to ski with Manks, Al, and Bob. Rockstar extraordinaire!

We had a crazy inversion that day. Made for some cool scenery.

Lunch at the top of Powder Cowboys.

Amazing inversion over the valley. Still working on video. Hopefully I'll post something soon.
